Refund policy
How We Handle Returns, Refunds And What To Do When A Package Arrives Damaged.
Food items cannot be returned. For all household or clothing items we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, customer is responsible for return shipping label, we will provide return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Lost Packages and Other Shipping Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at abra@bluesagefamilyfarm.com.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged please contact us within 5 business days by email at abra@bluesagefamilyfarm.com. Please include your order number and REQUIRED PHOTOS showing damages. We require at least 4 photos and a confirmation document to be filled out in order to process a refund on items that arrive damaged.
What we need to issue a refund or replacement on lost or damaged packages:
- Internal packaging
- Broken item(s)
- External package first angle (specifically damaged areas when applicable)
- External package second angle (specifically damaged areas when applicable)
- We will send a link via email for you to fill out to confirm out claim with insurance before we can issue a refund or replacement.
When these requirements are fulfilled and we get confirmation from our shipping insurance, will replace or refund items that arrived damaged.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost in the mail we will file a claim on behalf of the customer in order to receive a refund on the lost order. We can replace or refund the lost order once the claim is processed. The shipping company will require a form be filled out by the customer to verify the loss of the package. Before we can process a refund or replacement order, we require the customer fulfill these shippers requirements to allow for us the recoup of the value for lost goods. Canceling or Changing Orders
You can cancel or change your order any time before your shipping label is printed. If you decide you wish to change your order by adding to it or canceling, contact us as soon as possible.
You can update the shipping address anytime before the item has been shipped. Again, contact us as soon as possible if you will need to make these changes to be sure we are able to do so before your items are shipped.
Damaged or Defective Goods Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is so important to us, if you have any issue with your order please contact us right away! Food items are not returnable or refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival. If you have an issue please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your items. Please include the order number, detailed information and photos.
Return and Exchange Policy for Non-Edible Goods:
Returns are accepted on non-edible products within 14 days of arrival as long as they have not been used and are in the same condition in which they were shipped. Custom orders are not eligible for refund or exchanged. If you have an issue with your custom order please contact us right away. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we will do our best to help resolve any issues. Blue Sage Family Farm will cover return shipping costs for items that are damaged or defective due to maker error. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless in cases of prior defect or damage. If you wish to return or exchange an item, contact us within 5 business days and before return shipping.
Refund Policy:
Buyer pays return shipping if an item is returned for reasons other than it arrived defective or damaged. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt.

We are plastic free everywhere possible and we choose to reduce waste by keeping shipping materials in circulation.
