FAQ's

Shipping:

All retail and wholesale orders within the US are shipped via USPS or UPS. If an item arrives damaged please contact us within 5 business days by email at abra@bluesagefamilyfarm.com. Please include your order number and photos showing damages. We will replace or refund items that arrived damaged. 

 Please note the shipping times estimated at checkout are not guaranteed by Blue Sage Family Farm. Once items are shipped we cannot guarantee their travel time. If you need your item faster please choose an expedited shipping option at checkout.

USPS International First Class Mail is the least expensive and SLOWEST shipping option for international orders. Orders shipped USPS International First Class can take over a month to arrive and are not able to be tracked once they leave the US. We highly recommend an upgraded shipping option for international orders. If you have any issues with the delivery of your international order please contact the shipping company directly for assistance. Please contact us as well and if there is anything we can do to assist you we will.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If items are returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, shipping will need to be repaid for your items to be sent back out to the corrected address. We are not liable for incorrect shipping information entered when your order is placed. Once an item is shipped the shipping address cannot be changed and a new order must be created. If an item is stollen from its delivery location we are not liable but a claim can be files with the shipping company. If an item is lost in transit or cannot be delivered, the buyer must contact the shipping company to resolve any shipping issues and/or file any claims with that shipping company so the item can arrive safely to them.

We ship via USPS or UPS.

Orders ship in 2-4 business days. 

In our rural area we can ship USPS 5 days a week and UPS 2-3 days a week depending. We always strive to get your orders shipped right away. Please note, sometimes there may be unavoidable delays due to our remote area.


Updating your order:

You can cancel or change your order any time before your shipping label is printed. If you decide you wish to change your order by adding to it or canceling, contact us as soon as possible.

You can update the shipping address anytime before the item has been shipped. Again, contact us as soon as possible if you will need to make these changes to be sure we are able to do so before your items are shipped. If the shipping address provided is incorrect we can re-ship returned orders but will need to invoice you for the new shipping label.


Damaged or Defective Goods Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is so important to us, if you have any issue with your order please contact us right away! Food items are not returnable or refundable unless damaged or defective. If you have an issue please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your items. Please include the order number, detailed information and photos. 

Return and Exchange Policy for Non-Edible Goods:

Returns are accepted on most products within 14 days of arrival as long as they have not been used and are in the same condition in which they were shipped. Custom orders are not eligible for refund or exchanged. If you have an issue with your custom order please contact us right away. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we will do our best to help resolve any issues. Blue Sage Family Farm will cover return shipping costs for items that are damaged or defective due to maker error. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless in cases of prior defect or damage. If you wish to return or exchange an item, contact us within 5 business days and before return shipping.


Refund Policy:

Buyer pays return shipping if an item is returned for reasons other than it arrived defective or damaged. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receipt. 

Subscriptions:

Never run out of the essentials by signing up for subscriptions. If a product is eligible for subscriptions it will give you the option on the product page. Singing up for a subscription is easy and customizable. You can choose the products like honey and tea, the frequency the order reoccurs such as once a month or every other month and your order will go through automatically on your desired schedule. You will be notified before each order is placed. You can pause, skip or cancel subscriptions any time.

Editing existing subscriptions: 

If you wish to pause, skip or cancel a subscription you can find a link in your subscription emails. If you have difficultly feel free to email us letting us know which action you wish to take and we can also help you with that. Simply email abra@bluesagefamilyfarm.com.
