This Rose Petal Infused Honey is an elegant, decadent, romantic and truly uplifting infusion. Raw Clover Honey Imbued with the flavor, aroma and color of Organic Red Rose Petals into a creamed buttery smooth honey...
Delicious in herbal teas, on fruit, over chocolate (hot chocolate!), in yogurt, whipping cream, toast, pancakes, in mixed drinks, lemonade and by the spoonfuls!! 

This is a special infusion. I have been stopped and thanked on the street for making this one (true story). It nurtures that part of us that wants pampering and nourishment that is inherent in Roses.

Our Process

Handmade in Small-Batches with the the highest quality Organic Red Rose Petals and Raw Clover Honey. Infused to perfection in our slow, low infusion process imbuing the honey before we strain the bulk of the petals back out.
This makes a great gift to yourself, a friend or a loved one. Our infused honeys are a way to make that morning ritual of coffee or tea with toast an opportunity for self care.

About the Consistency of Our Honey

Infused Honeys & Virgin Clover Honey: This honey naturally has the smooth buttery texture of creamed honey. It is elegant, spreadable and melts in your mouth. If you wish to liquify or soften, it's easy to do so, just use a water bath or set in a sunny window. We recommend keeping it under 110° (104° is best) in order to maintain the beneficial properties of raw honey!
