All our infusions are made with simple and quality ingredients. We infused our Raw Unfiltered Clover Honey with Organic Herbs and Spices. About the Consistency of Our Honey

Infused Honeys & Virgin Clover Honey: This honey naturally has the smooth buttery texture of creamed honey. It is elegant, spreadable and melts in your mouth. If you wish to liquify or soften, it's easy to do so, just use a water bath or set in a sunny window. We recommend keeping it under 110° (104° is best) in order to maintain the beneficial properties of raw honey!
