This one is made especially with the holiday season in mind and too delicious to offer only once a year.
Inspired by warming winter Ciders and Mulling Spice Blends we created this Infusion to capture the warmth and festiveness of the winter holiday season but love it any time of year.
Creamy and spreadable with the raw honey and organic herbs and spices. We love this in cider, hot coco, tea and coffee, egg nog, hot toddies, warm wine, mixed drinks, pastries and with cream cheese. It makes a wonderful addition to an appetizer spread wether it is savory or sweet. Unique and delicious on a butterboard, you can make simple things extra special with this infusion especially during the holiday season!
Ingredients: Raw Unfiltered Clover Honey, Organic Cinnamon, Organic Allspice, Organic Orange Peel, Organic Clove
About the Consistency of Our Honey
Infused Honeys & Virgin Clover Honey: This honey naturally has the smooth buttery texture of creamed honey. It is elegant, spreadable and melts in your mouth. If you wish to liquify or soften, it's easy to do so, just use a water bath or set in a sunny window. We recommend keeping it under 110° (104° is best) in order to maintain the beneficial properties of raw honey!
