CONSISTENCY

Because of the unique flower source the honey bees collect this nectar from and our special handling methods, this honey naturally has the smooth buttery consistency of creamed honey. It is elegant, spreadable and melts in your mouth. If you wish to liquify or soften, it's easy to do so, just use a water bath or set in a sunny window. We recommend keeping it under 110° in order to maintain the beneficial properties of raw honey!
