Our complex 9 spice chai spice infusion is inspired by traditional Indian Masala which pairs nicely with the naturally sweet and floral notes of high quality darjeeling.
Ingredients: Raw Unfiltered Clover Honey, Organic Cinnamon, Organic Ginger, Organic Cardamom, Organic Allspice, Organic Coriander, Organic Fennel, Organic Nutmeg, Organic Peppercorns & Organic Clove.
This combination of spices is our very own recipe and results in a rich infusion full of complex flavors, perfectly balanced and imbued into our raw and delicious honey!
Brewing Instructions
Portioning:
Choose your portions depending on the level of strength you like your brew. Per 8oz mug brew 1-2 tsp (1 tea bag) for a mild to medium strength cup. For a stronger brew use 2-3 tsp (2 tea bags) or more as desired.
Steep Times:
Black Tea: 3-5 minutes
Green Tea: 3-4 minutes
Herbal Tea: 5-10 minutes
