This unique, unprocessed, incredibly raw and intact honey is collected from a variety of wild clover flower which has a light nectar both in color & taste. The nectar of this special flower makes a naturally smooth Honey with a buttery texture like a spun or whipped honey but naturally occurring without processing or overheating the honey.

Never heated above 95°, the natural temperature of a beehive, this is a very natural and in-tact honey full of flavor and the natural benefits bestowed by the bees.

Because it has never been liquified this honey is not filtered and could contain specs of particulates from the hive, do not worry, it just means you're getting real honey.

About the Consistency of Our Honey

Infused Honeys & Virgin Clover Honey: This honey naturally has the smooth buttery texture of creamed honey. It is elegant, spreadable and melts in your mouth. If you wish to liquify or soften, it's easy to do so, just use a water bath or set in a sunny window. We recommend keeping it under 110° (104° is best) in order to maintain the beneficial properties of raw honey!
