Our light tasting Clover Honey has the perfect sweetness with buttery notes of vanilla and sunshine, it won't compete with other flavors and has no funny aftertaste.
Collected by the bees from wild clover flowers, raw and unfiltered means that this honey still contains traces of pollen, propolis and tiny bits of wax as well as the minerals and the beneficials naturally occurring in real honey just the way the bees make it.
About the Consistency of Our Honey
Infused Honeys & Virgin Clover Honey: This honey naturally has the smooth buttery texture of creamed honey. It is elegant, spreadable and melts in your mouth. If you wish to liquify or soften, it's easy to do so, just use a water bath or set in a sunny window. We recommend keeping it under 110° (104° is best) in order to maintain the beneficial properties of raw honey!
